Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
I loved the superb location near a beautiful beach and the fantastic seafood platters that truly impressed my palate.
Be cautious with your room key. forgetting it means you'll be locked out if returning after 6pm on Sundays.

During our stay, we encountered a lack of dining options since the restaurant refused to accommodate us for dinner, despite many empty tables on the first night. Room comfort was an issue. we found the twin room too small and with no air conditioning, which made our nights a bit uncomfortable. while the breakfast had its highlights, there was a noticeable lack of choice that some might find unappealing.

Staying in the Double Room with Sea View was nice. it felt cozy even though it was a bit small. The bed was comfy, and the radiator worked really well, keeping the room at a perfect temp. The view of the estuary was stunning too! Just a heads up, if you're staying on a Sunday, don’t forget your room key. you might get locked out if you come back late.

The stay was primarily to explore the nearby beaches, and it was quite enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with the Plage de la Potiniere just a short stroll away, and the restaurants nearby have some great seafood options. One highlight was the excellent breakfast buffet, especially the fresh baguettes. it was frustrating that we couldn't have dinner in the restaurant on the first night, as it seemed they couldn't accommodate us despite having empty tables.

Great free parking and fast express check-in. Room key issue on Sundays was annoying.

The location of Le Cap is fantastic, with stunning views of the estuary and beach that make it a special spot. I loved the superb seafood platters at the restaurant, truly a highlight of my meals. The room I stayed in, a Double Room with Sea View, was small but cozy, featuring a comfortable bed and an effective radiator. The quiet atmosphere made it perfect for relaxation. One downside was the coffee served at breakfast. the self-service machine produced poor-quality coffee. I experienced an inconvenience with the room key. forgetting it meant potential lockout if returning late on Sundays. it was a lovely stay, but the restaurant could improve its coffee and dining availability.

The seafood at the restaurant is absolutely fab—try the fried fish! Our double room with a sea view was cozy, and the location by the Carteret estuary. The sandy beach, was stunning.
The only downer was the coffee at breakfast. the self-service machine really missed the mark! Still, the breakfast buffet had killer baguettes to make up for it.
